Design and fabrication of plasmonic chips that are compatible with commercial SPR/SPRi instrumentation, for proteomics studies and biological target detection in fluids.
Reproducible micro-nanostructured chips, compatible with commercial instrumentation, biofunctionalized according to the application needs.
FEMTO Engineering has developed a production line for micro-nanostructured chips with specific coatings (ZrO2, SiO2, TiO2) and biofunctionalization. These biochips are compatible with commercial SPR/SPRi instrumentation and allow the characterization of molecular interactions, the detection of proteins and blood microparticles, as well as the coupling with mass spectrometry via the CLIPP proteomics platform (SUPRA-MS analysis).
