The EFTS is a thematic school dedicated to the measurement of time and frequency, that gathers engineers, PhD students, post-docs, young researchers, and all professionals in the field of Time-Frequency. It is a week of intensive training combining conferences, practical work, visits and exchanges between speakers and participants.

The 2026 edition took place from June 29 to July 3 at SUPMICROTECH. On this occasion, Christophe Fluhr, a Time & Frequency engineer at our center, supervised some of the practical work sessions, which were dedicated to phase noise and to resonators. They allow participants to directly handle the equipment and better understand the topics discussed.

Over the years, the EFTS has established itself as a key event in the Time-Frequency community, strengthening the international collaboration.
