High-quality micro and nano drilling

Drilling high-quality holes in different materials is easily done with an ultra-short laser. Holes of several microns to several millimeters can be drilled in ceramics, polymers or metals up to 1 mm thick.

A new efficient and reliable technology based on beam shaping, allowing to drill micrometric, submicronic and nanometric holes in less than 1 ms, hence the possibility of drilling millions of holes in a few minutes.

Hybrid holes by laser treatment + chemical or mechanical machining are also developed in our center.
